Waypoint admins need be more active

Since 343 introduced halo infinite people have been wanting to give feedback. Some of it warranted some of it not. However most throughout these last few months have gotten the feeling that 343 is not listening or even communicating with fans enough. For many it feels like the company is radio silent.

The interesting thing is 343 has many avenues to communicate but not everyone will be able to view all of it at once. They have a YouTube channel for Halo announcements, a twitter page, halo waypoint and more.

Even with all of these methods the staff at 343 ignore their most useful one, Halo waypoint forums. People post on these sometimes hundreds of times a day, so many topics that it is hard to keep up. But for some reason their admin staff is not so active. someone could make a argument for it being holiday season but I don't think so. As seen bellow some of them have not posted since 2020 and others though they have posted are posting official press release. Only a few are responding to a few forum posts.

Not saying they must respond to every piece of criticism, but 9 out of the 14 have not posted in at least two weeks and at most since 2020. Also I would have to say that even when Threads I have seen got noticed, it was only to lock the thread because the admin felt nothing productive was going on in it. The event was ironic considering the thread was agitated at the lack of updates on what 343 will be fixing or not.

Really I do not envy your job waypoint admins, but I think if you can it would be nice to see you guys being more active in communicating with users. Halo Infinite is getting alot of bad press and negativity because it has issues and people feel like you are not listening. maybe if there was more activity in responding to specific threads, instead of just locking them) people would not be as angry. Maybe yawl are busy doing other stuff. You guys clearly are logging in, just don't understand the lack of posts.
